1 儿童少年的贫血情况 1987年4~6月,我们对济宁市7~17岁651名中小学生血红蛋白含量测定,结果均值为11.42g/dl,贫血率为21.0%,其中男生15.76%,女生25.29%(p<0.01)。我们又对135名贫血学生中的64名学生进行了血清铁检测,血清铁低于正常者占31.25%,这说明中小学生存在较为广泛的贫血现象,但这种贫血是属于缺铁性的贫血。另从山东五个城市5653名7~18岁中小学生血红蛋白检测结果来看,多数学生血红蛋白达不到12g/dl,7~10岁贫血率高达44.62%。根据济宁市的调查结果,学生身体发育中,身高发育与贫血无明显关系,而与体重关系则很密切,发育上等患贫血率为25.64%,
