针对车轮轮缘与轮辐交接处在铸造时发生热裂现象,进行分析研究,通过改进冒口设计,合理补缩,大大提高了车轮的铸造质量。
In view of the phenomenon of thermal cracking occurred at the wheel rim and spoke interface during casting, the analysis and research are carried out. By improving the riser design and rational feeding, the quality of wheel casting is greatly improved.
