科学与运动训练紧密结合组织形式的主要部分是科研人员与教练员互相结合、交流和沟通的方式．在我国，曾出现过：（１）科学训练小组；（２）多学科科技人员攻关组；（３）科技先导型运动队等组织形式。世界各体育强国也在摸索将科学与运动训练相结合的合理组织形式。目前的发展趋势是提高科技子系统和运动训练子系统的集成程度，构建科学研究与运动训练一体化的组织。
Closely integrated with science and exercise training The main part of organizational forms is the way in which researchers and coaches combine, communicate and communicate with each other. In our country, there have been: (1) scientific training team; (2) multidisciplinary team of scientific and technological personnel; (3) science and technology leading sports teams and other organizational forms. The world’s sporting powers are also exploring a reasonable form of organization that combines science with sport training.
