目的利用表面肌电(sEMG)技术分析汽车装配工人作业过程中局部活动肌肉的肌电信号特征,探索作业相关肌肉骨骼疾患(MSD)的成因。方法以某汽车厂总装线6名男性工人为研究对象,选取气动扳手紧固螺栓作业作为参照测试动作,采用便携式肌电图仪测量分析肩部和腕部控制肌群的sEMG信号。结果装配操作属轻度负荷劳动,作业中被测肌群肌电振幅均方根(RMS)和中位频率(MF)均未表现出明显变化;但肩部的肌电信号分析指标MF变化表现出一致性(r=0.902,P<0.05),呈现先上升后下降趋势。结论汽车装配作业过程中,长时间反复从事气动扳手紧固螺栓作业易造成肩部肌肉发生疲劳。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the EMG characteristics of local active muscles during the operation of car assembly workers by surface electromyography (sEMG) technique and to explore the causes of operation-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). Methods A total of 6 male workers in assembly line of an auto plant were selected as research objects. A pneumatic wrench tightening bolt was selected as a reference test. The sEMG signals of shoulder and wrist control muscle groups were measured by portable electromyograph. Results The assembly operation was lightly load-bearing. The RMS and MF of muscular EMGs were not significantly changed during the operation. However, the changes of myoelectricity index MF The concordance (r = 0.902, P <0.05) showed the trend of increase and then decrease. Conclusion During the assembly process of the automobile, it is easy to cause the shoulder muscles to fatigue due to the repeated operation of fastening the air wrench for a long time.
