目的:研究康复功能训练后大鼠脑梗塞血管构筑的改变。方法 :27只SD大鼠采用光化学法制作脑梗塞模型 ;24h后随机分3组 ,康复组给予功能训练 ,制动组置于笼内固定 ,自由活动组置于普通笼内饲养 ,观察康复后的血管构筑情况。结果 :24h3组梗塞外侧区、损伤对侧相应区较正常鼠的血管略有增大 ,下侧区略有降低 ,康复组梗塞外侧区1周 ,下侧区1~2周 ,损伤对侧相应区1周较制动组的密度有差异(P<0.01)。康复组2~3周、自由组3周较正常鼠密度增高(P<0.05)。结论 :康复功能训练可增加大脑的血液循环 ,改善脑缺血 ,促进脑组织的代偿、修复。
Objective: To study the changes of vascular architecture after cerebral infarction in rehabilitation training. Methods: Twenty-seven SD rats were used to make cerebral infarction model by photochemical method. After 24 hours, rats were randomly divided into three groups. The rehabilitation group was given functional training. The brachial group was fixed in the cage and the free-moving group was housed in ordinary cage. After rehabilitation The construction of blood vessels. Results: In the infarct lateral zone of 24h3 group, the blood vessels in the contralateral contralateral area slightly increased compared with that in normal rats, while the lower area decreased slightly. In the rehabilitation group, the infarct lateral zone was 1 week and the inferior zone was 1 ~ 2 weeks. There was difference in the density of brake group between 1 week and 1 week (P <0.01). Rehabilitation group 2 to 3 weeks, 3 weeks free group than normal mice increased density (P <0.05). Conclusion: Rehabilitation function training can increase cerebral blood circulation, improve cerebral ischemia, and promote the compensation and repair of brain tissue.
