新疆军区生产建设兵团农二师五团农场七队,是一个机械化农业生产连队。这个队,在地下水位高、盐碱重、杂草多的条件下,生产不断发展,灾害面积逐年减少,粮食逐年增产。一九六一年总产三十五万斤,一九六二年八十七万斤,一九六三年一百零五万斤,今年仍可比去年有较大幅度的增产。七队增产的因素很多,其中重要的一条,就是由于加强了生活管理,做好了食堂、托儿组、家属等后勤工作。
Xinjiang Military Production and Construction Corps Nongfu division five farm seven teams, is a mechanized agricultural production company. Under the conditions of high groundwater level, heavy salt and heavy weeds, this team has been continuously developing its production. The area of disasters has been decreasing year by year and the grain output has been increasing year by year. The total output of 351,000 jin in 1961, 87,000 jin in 1962 and 1.05 jin in 1963 can still be substantially increased this year compared with last year. There are many factors that increase the production of the seven teams. One of the important things is that due to the strengthening of life management, well-equipped logistical work such as canteens, nurseries, family members and so on.
