目的了解昭通市高中生食用路边摊食品的行为现状,为教育部门制定相应的干预策略提供科学依据。方法采用分层抽样方法,抽取昭通市9所中学的高一、二年级共27个班1 84名学生进行问卷调查。结果高中生食用路边摊食品的报告率为200.62%,具体是普通高中、重点高中和职业高中的报告率分别为21.01%,25.62%和18.42%;经常食用的报告率(17.02%)明显高于天天食用的报告率(3.60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男女生的报告率分别是16.40%和23.58%。结论应加强健康教育,使其养成抵制和拒绝食用路边摊的饮食行为。
Objective To understand the status quo of eating street food for high school students in Zhaotong and to provide a scientific basis for the education department to formulate corresponding intervention strategies. Methods By stratified sampling method, a total of 1 84 students in 27 classes of high school and secondary school in 9 middle schools in Zhaotong City were selected for questionnaire survey. Results The reported rate of eating street food among high school students was 200.62%, which was 21.01%, 25.62% and 18.42% respectively in general senior high schools, key senior high schools and vocational high schools. The report rate of frequent eating (17.02%) was significantly higher The reported rate of daily consumption (3.60%) was statistically significant (P <0.05). The reported rates of boys and girls were 16.40% and 23.58% respectively. Conclusion Health education should be strengthened so that it can develop a diet that resists and refuses food stalls.
