乌鲁木齐部队总医院遗传室对12医院在新疆塔什库尔干县塔吉克族家庭中发现的1例快速异常血红蛋白进行了结构分析,证明这种异常血红蛋白为一种文献尚未见报道的新变种,按其发现地点和电泳位置,命名为HbJ塔什库尔干[α19(AB_1)Ala→Glu]。
The structural analysis of one case of rapid abnormal hemoglobin found in 12 hospitals in the Tajik families of Taxkorgan County in Xinjiang Urumqi Army General Hospital proved that this abnormal hemoglobin is a new variant that has not been reported in the literature. Electrophoresis position, named HbJ Taxkorgan [α19 (AB_1) Ala → Glu].
