振冲加固法经验交流学术讨论会,已于83年11月17~22日在无锡召开。水冲振动法简称振冲法。它利用一个能产生水平振动的管状设备,在高压水柱的冲刷下,边振边冲,使松砂地基变密;或者在软粘土中成孔,孔中填以碎石制成桩体,使桩体和原来的粘土构成承载能力比原地基高、压缩性比原地基小的复合地基。这就是水冲振动法。会议由水利电力部、交通部的南京水利科学研究所、南京地基公司和江苏省江阴振冲器厂发起召开,主持人是水科所专题研究者盛崇文高级工程师。大会在交通部科技局副局长时信涵、水电部科技司副司长梁益华、无锡市建工局局长、无锡市科技局局长主持开幕式后正式开始。参加会议的代表二百多人,分别来自科研、教学、设计、施工、制造单
The Vibrofi Reinforcement Law Experience Exchange Symposium was held in Wuxi on November 17-22, 83. Water shock vibration method referred to vibration method. It uses a tubular device capable of generating horizontal vibrations to oscillate while under the pressure of a high-pressure water column, to make the loose sand foundation dense, or to form pores in soft clay and fill the holes with gravel to make piles. The pile body and the original clay constitute a composite foundation with a higher load bearing capacity than the original ground and a smaller compressibility than the original ground. This is the water vibration method. The conference was initiated by the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power, the Nanjing Institute of Water Conservancy Science and Technology of the Ministry of Communications, the Nanjing Foundation Company, and Jiangyin Zhenchao Factory of Jiangsu Province. The moderator was the senior engineer Sheng Chongwen, a special researcher of the water science institute. The conference officially began when Shi Xinhan, the deputy director of the Bureau of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Communications, Liang Yihua, deputy director of the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Water Resources, the director of the Wuxi Construction Bureau, and the director of the Wuxi Science and Technology Bureau presided over the opening ceremony. More than 200 delegates attended the conference, each from scientific research, teaching, design, construction and manufacturing.
