为解决同类型中小企业人才需求数量少但又需要订单培养的矛盾,联合多家企业共同组建了订单班。实践证明,这种模式降低了中小企业人才培养成本,实现了校企资源共享,促进了企业与学校的深度合作。
In order to solve the contradiction of small number of talents of small and medium-sized enterprises of the same type but need order training, a number of enterprises jointly set up order classes. Practice has proved that this model reduces the cost of talent training for SMEs to achieve the school-enterprise resource sharing, and promote the depth of cooperation between enterprises and schools.
