通常人们只注重粉尘引起尘肺的危害,但对上呼吸道的损害却容易被忽视。为了解生产性粉尘对工人鼻咽喉的影响,本文报道1986年6月对葛洲坝工区部分接尘工人鼻咽喉患病的调查结果。一、对象与方法选择接触粉尘作业的工人452人为接尘组(男295人、女157人),平均年龄36.3岁,平均接尘工龄12.3年。以不从事粉尘作业的102人为对照组(男25人、女77人),平均年龄33.7岁。
Usually people only focus on the dust caused by pneumoconiosis damage, but damage to the upper respiratory tract is easily overlooked.
