通过对HLCuNi30钢进行电塑性拔丝,研究了脉冲电流对HLCuNi30钢拔丝过程的影响以及拔制速率对拔制力的影响。结果表明,在不退火连续拔制时,加脉冲电流比不加脉冲电流可多拉拔8道次,加脉冲电流拔制时丝材断裂时的真应变为不加脉冲电流时的2.8倍;随着变形量的增加,拔制力先增加后减小,一般在第2或第3道次时拔制力达到最大值。
Through the electroplasty of HLCuNi30 steel, the influence of pulse current on the HLCuNi30 steel wire drawing process and the influence of the drawing speed on the drawing force were studied. The results show that the pulse current can be drawn 8 times more than the pulse current without pulsed current during the continuous annealing without annealing, and the true strain at the time of the wire breaking with pulsed current is 2.8 times of that without pulsed current. With the increase of deformation, drawing force first increased and then decreased, usually in the second or third pass when the maximum pulling force.
