In the past decade, increasing interest has focused on the investigation of metallic nanowires because of their potential applications in nanoelectronics, superconductivity, magnetic sensors, ultrahigh-density magnetic recording media systems and other fields.Copper nanowires owing to its specific properties have been widely studied.In this work, copper nanowires of different sizes are fabricated by electrochemical deposition in the etched ion-track templates.
