在激烈的市场竞争中,企业为了实现自身的生存与发展都在积极培育提升自身的核心竞争力,以此获取市场竞争优势。由于企业之间无论是产品,还是提供的服务,其同质化程度越来越小,并且在产品或服务方面获得差异性,很容易被模仿或复制。在这种情况下,通过培育具有自身特色的企业文化提升企业核心竞争力受到企业的青睐。对此,本文通过阐述企业文化与核心竞争力,分析企业文化对提升企业核心竞争力的影响,同时提出借助企业文化提升企业核心竞争力的具体措施,为农村信用社的持续发展提供参考。
In the fierce market competition, in order to achieve their own survival and development of enterprises are actively cultivating their own core competitiveness, in order to gain market competitive advantage. Because the homogeneity between enterprises, whether they are products or services provided, is getting smaller and smaller and is differentiated in products or services and can be easily imitated or duplicated. Under such circumstances, enterprises are favored by cultivating their own unique corporate culture to enhance their core competitiveness. In this regard, through the analysis of corporate culture and core competitiveness, this paper analyzes the impact of corporate culture on enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, and puts forward specific measures to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises through corporate culture, so as to provide a reference for the sustainable development of rural credit cooperatives.
