本文考虑爆炸产物轴向飞散所引起的稀疏波影响,采用不可压流体动力学模型,求解有限长度的厚壁金属圆管在爆炸载荷受外加套管加强作用下的向内挤压运动。计算结果与实测相当一致,表明该模型在管运动至中期阶段,也是有效的。本文采用外加套管加强装置,既可以充分利用炸药的能量,又可以通过改变外加套管的厚度或半径准确地算得速度参量。
In this paper, considering the effect of the sparse wave caused by the axial scattering of explosive products, the incompressible fluid dynamic model is adopted to solve the inward extrusion of the limited length thick-walled metal pipe under the action of the additional casing. The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured ones, which shows that the model is also effective in the middle stage of tube movement. In this paper, an additional casing strengthening device can not only make full use of the explosive energy, but also can accurately calculate the velocity parameters by changing the thickness or radius of the external casing.
