本文对沧州沿海“10.11”特大温带风暴潮的成因及重现期进行了简析,并对这次特大温带风暴潮的灾情成因进行了分析,就防灾减灾对策进行了探讨。
This article analyzes the causes and recurrence periods of the “10.11” extra-large temperate storm surge along the coast of Cangzhou and analyzes the causes of the disaster with this super-temperate storm surge and discusses the strategies for disaster prevention and mitigation.
