西部地区一大批低收入居民的消费状况将得以改善,优势资源产品向国内外市场扩张得到促进,对外开放长期滞后局面将会扭转,所有制结构必将得到优化。因此,西部要从多方面考虑积极应对。
The consumption of a large number of low-income residents in the western region will be improved. The expansion of advantageous resources and products to domestic and overseas markets will be promoted. The long-term lag of opening up to the outside world will be reversed and the ownership structure will surely be optimized. Therefore, the west should take a positive response from many aspects.
