本文介绍有关大流量天然气输送计量用涡轮流量计检定装置的设计标准、工作特性及检定方法等问题。装置设在威尼斯(Venice,LA),归美国雪佛龙(Chevron)公司管理和使用,当规定的工作压力为1000Ib/in~2(6.9MPa)时,该装置可测量流量高达500MMscf/D(14.16×10~6Nm~3/d)。该系统包括用于商品天然气计量用的三台12in(DN300)涡轮流量计、一组音速喷嘴和一台与商品气流量计串联使用的标准涡轮流量计。音速喷嘴和标准涡轮流量计作流量校验和检定装置。音速喷嘴依据涡轮流量计标准进行检定。文中分析了气体涡轮流量计现场检定的情况。设在威尼斯的装置成功地证明,对气体流量计进行在线检定,可以保证现场工况条件下气体流量计量更加准确。
This article describes the design criteria, operating characteristics, and test methods for the verification of turbine flowmeters for high flow natural gas metering. The unit is based in Venice, LA and is managed and operated by the Chevron U.S.A. It measures flow rates up to 500 MMscf / D at a specified operating pressure of 1000 lb / in ~ 2 (6.9 MPa) 14.16 × 10 ~ 6Nm ~ 3 / d). The system includes three 12in (DN300) turbo meters for commodity gas metering, a sonic nozzle and a standard turbo meter in series with a commercial gas meter. Sonic nozzle and standard turbine flow meter for flow check and verification device. Sonic nozzles are calibrated to turbine flow meters. The paper analyzes the gas turbine flowmeter on-site verification of the situation. The installation in Venice has successfully demonstrated that on-line verification of the gas flow meter ensures more accurate gas flow measurement under field conditions.
