“香蕉型人才”是一种比喻:一个在某专业、某领域学有所成的中国人,从外表看,是黄皮肤,黑头发的黄种人,而其言行举止、行为准则、思想意识、思维方法乃至价值观、世界观则全是西方化的。就象一个成熟的香蕉:表皮是黄色的、内瓤却是白色的。当东西方文化发生碰撞时,当国家、民族利益受到挑战时,他们会将批判的矛头指向自己的民族,将感情的天平倾向于西方世界。 “香蕉型人才”在我国改革开放之后所培养的各类专业型人才当中,所占的比例很小,但确实存在。它的出现,从一个方面反映了我国目前人才培养、人才教育当中不可回避的尖锐问题,即如何培养和塑造既能适应经济市场化和全球
