目的 探讨中脑导水管周围灰质 (PAG)内催产素 (OT)与内源性脑啡肽在电针镇痛中的相互关系。方法 以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度 (mA)为痛反应的指标 ,观察向PAG内注入OT和抗脑啡肽血清 ,对大鼠电针镇痛效应的影响。结果 PAG内注入抗脑啡肽血清后 ,能明显降低电针镇痛的效应 ;但预先注入抗脑啡肽血清 ,并不能阻断OT增强电针镇痛的作用。结论 PAG内OT在电针镇痛中的作用不依赖于PAG内的内源性脑啡肽
Objective To investigate the relationship between oxytocin (OT) and endogenous enkephalin in electroacupuncture analgesia in midbrain periaqueductal gray (PAG). Methods The current intensity (mA) induced by potassium iontophoresis in rat tail flick reaction was used as an indicator of pain response. The effects of injecting OT and anti-enkephalin serum on electroacupuncture analgesia in rats were observed. Results The injection of anti-enkephalin serum in PAG significantly reduced the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture. However, pre-injection of anti-enkephalin serum did not block the enhancement of electro-acupuncture analgesia by OT. Conclusion The role of OT in PAG in electroacupuncture analgesia does not depend on endogenous enkephalin in PAG
