BIM技术与项目管理的集成应用是指通过建立BIM应用软件与项目管理系统之间的数据转换接口,充分利用BIM的直观性、可分析性、可共享性及可管理性等特性,为项目管理的各业务提供准确及时的基础数据与技术分析手段。最近几年,我国在施工企业特级资质评审和企业项目管理自身需求的推动下,项目管理信息化取得了很大的发展,但实施过程中也存在一些问题,如项目管理工作缺少及时有效的业务数据支撑、信息孤岛和信息割裂现象依然存在等。BIM作为新兴的信息技术,它与项目管理的集成应用为解决这些问题提供了可能。
