随着生活水平的提高,汽车保有量也在不断增加,据不完全统计,最近两年国内汽车产销年均已突破2000万辆,国内市场的保有量已经接近4亿辆。汽车一方面给人们的出行带来极大的便捷,另一方面大量汽车的尾气排放也对本已雾霾多多的环境保护雪上加霜,以至于越来越多的大中城市不得不祭出了限牌出行的新规;同样社会的进步也让人们早已不满足于汽车仅仅作为四个轮子的快速代步工具,而是不断追求能达到操控性一流,舒适性一流,主动安全性一流的陆上公务舱的同时,还要兼顾经济性更佳,排放量更少,真正的尽可能做到“既要马儿跑得快,又要马儿不吃草”的境界。要实现此目标,离不开越来越多的电子技术的应用。据统计,上汽大众首款C级车辉昂上采用的电子控制单元接近100个,这么多电子控制单元新技术的应用,对故障的诊断技术有更高的要求。如果维修技师仍仅仅依赖于过去读取故障码的传统方式来排除故障往往是盲人摸象,事倍功半。本文就结合笔者的实际维修案例,谈谈数据流对现在轿车故障判断的实用意义
