卢元鹏,1962年生,西安市长安区人,中共党员,1984年7月毕业于西安建筑科技大学工业与民用建筑专业,获工学学士学位,分配到陕西广播电视大学,先后在教学处、理工部、新校区建设指挥部工作。现任基建处处长、土建学教授,主要研究方向为建筑技术和工程管理。面授和辅导《建筑材料》《房屋建筑学》《建筑施工》《高层建筑施工》等课程。发表论文20余篇。参与编写了《建筑工程材料》《建筑工程造
Lu Yuanpeng, born in 1962, a member of the CPC Chang’an District, a member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology in July 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and civil engineering. He was assigned to Shaanxi Radio and Television University and successively worked in the teaching department, New campus construction headquarters work. He is currently Director of Infrastructure Department and Professor of Civil Engineering. His main research interests are construction technology and project management.
