随着国有煤炭企业改革改制的不断深化和市场经济的不断发展,近年来,煤炭企业的经济效益有所回升,职工的总体生活水平有了明显的提高。但由于种种原因,仍有部分职工家庭陷入贫困,并显现出群体性的特征。如何帮助这些弱势群体脱贫解困,不仅关系着矿区的社会稳定,而且关系着企业改革改制能否顺利进行。为了保证企业在发展经济和加快改革中有一个稳定的社会环境,近几年来,我们在上级组织和局党政的大力支持下,认真贯彻落实“三个代表”的重要思想,积极开拓扶贫帮困的新领域,不断加大扶贫送温暖的力度,使矿区困难职工的生活得到了改善,保持了矿区的稳定,促进了企业经济效益的提高。
With the continuous deepening of the reform and restructuring of state-owned coal enterprises and the continuous development of the market economy, in recent years, the economic benefits of coal enterprises have rebounded, and the overall standard of living of employees has been significantly improved. However, due to various reasons, some workers’ families still fall into poverty and show a group character. How to help these disadvantaged groups to get rid of poverty and alleviate their difficulties not only relates to the social stability of the mining area, but also relates to the smooth implementation of enterprise reform and restructuring. In order to ensure that enterprises have a stable social environment in their economic development and accelerated reforms, we have been implementing the important thinking of the “Three Represents” conscientiously in the past few years under the strong support of the higher-level organizations and the bureau’s party and government, and actively exploring poverty alleviation and help. In the new difficult areas, the poverty alleviation and warming efforts have been continuously strengthened so that the lives of the hard-to-work workers in the mining areas have been improved, the stability of the mining areas has been maintained, and the economic efficiency of enterprises has been promoted.
