边缘系统的海马、乳头体、丘脑前核和扣带回组成一个重要的神经环路,称海马—边缘环路,即Papez氏环路,是调节内脏活动的高级环路。有许多内脏传入纤维和许多躯体传入纤维与之联系。探讨它在内脏痛整合以及在针刺抑制内脏痛过程中的作用是重要的。近年报道,海马和扣带回都与针刺镇痛有一定关系。我们曾报道,电针内关穴能抑制皮层内脏痛放电,本文在此基础上,进一步观察丘脑前核在其中的作用,以探讨海马—边缘环路在针刺抑制内脏痛中的作用。
The limbic system of the hippocampus, nipple body, pre-thalamic nucleus and cingulatesexual form an important neural loop, called the hippocampus - the edge of the loop, Papez’s loop, is an advanced loop regulating visceral activity. There are many visceral afferent fibers and many somatic afferent fibers associated with it. It is important to investigate its role in the integration of visceral pain and its role in the inhibition of visceral pain by acupuncture. In recent years, reports, hippocampus and cingulate gynecological acupuncture have a certain relationship. We have reported that acupuncture on the Neiguan acupoint can inhibit the discharge of visceral pain in the cortex. On this basis, we further observe the role of the thalamic nucleus in the study to explore the role of the hippocampus - loop in the inhibition of visceral pain.
