目前有机磷农药应用较广,中毒病例时有发生。虽已积累不少抢救经验,但仍有若干问题有待加深认识。现将我们临床所遇有关问题探讨如下:一、关于洗胃洗胃系抢救消化道吸收有机磷中毒的首要步骤,目前主要有直接和插管洗胃两种方法,前者主要用于患者神志尚清,能口服洗胃液,后者一般用于重度有机磷中毒或救治过程不合作患者。能否适当及正确掌握洗胃方法,直接关系到抢救的成败。
