采用乙醇回流提取葛根的新工艺制备的冲剂，溶化性好，并且ＨＰＬＣ测定了葛根素的含量，结果表明：８５％乙醇回流提取最佳，葛根素的含量是改进前的３．５倍。
The granules prepared by the new process of extracting Pueraria using ethanol reflux have good solubility, and the content of puerarin was determined by HPLC. The results showed that 85% ethanol was the best reflux extraction, and the content of puerarin was 3.5 times before the improvement.
