细胞粘附分子 (CAM)是介导细胞与细胞、细胞与细胞外基质相互作用的一类细胞因子 ,它参与肿瘤的侵袭和转移过程。子宫内膜异位症 (EM)是一种良性疾病 ,但异位内膜具有粘附、侵袭和转移等特征。据研究发现 ,CAM在异位子宫内膜与腹膜间皮发生粘附及进一步形成异位病灶过程中起着重要作用。CAM在子宫内膜表达的多样性 ,与EM的不孕、盆腔粘连密切相关。作者对近几年有关CAM在EM发病机制中作用的研究进行简要介绍。
Cell adhesion molecule (CAM) is a type of cytokine that mediates cell-cell, cell-extracellular matrix interactions and is involved in tumor invasion and metastasis. Endometriosis (EM) is a benign disease, but the ectopic endometrium has the characteristics of adhesion, invasion and metastasis. According to the study, CAM plays an important role in the process of ectopic endometrium and peritoneal adhesion and the further formation of ectopic lesions. CAM in the endometrial expression of diversity, and EM infertility, pelvic adhesions are closely related.
