目的:检测口腔颌面部淋巴瘤患者的HIF-1α、CD44v6的表达,分析其与淋巴瘤侵袭转移的关系。方法:选取20例口腔颌面部淋巴瘤患者为研究对象,作为试验组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血液中HIF-1α、CD44v6含量,瘤体组织中HIF-1α、CD44V6的表达使用免疫组织化学法检测,对其与侵袭转移的相关性进行分析。并选取20例同期在接受治疗的头颈部淋巴结炎患者作为对照组,进行比较研究。结果:试验组血清中HIF-1α、CD44v6较对照组升高;试验组组织中HIF-1α阳性率达85%,CD44v6阳性率为70%,较对照组升高;HIF-1α、CD44v6水平与临床分期、局部淋巴结侵袭、远处脏器转移、LDH水平有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔颌面部淋巴瘤患者血清及组织中HIF-1α、CD44v6高度表达,二者的水平与临床分期、局部淋巴结侵袭、远处脏器转移、LDH水平有关,且临床分期晚、局部淋巴结侵袭、远处脏器转移,LDH水平越高,HIF-1α、CD44V6水平升高越明显,对肿瘤的局部侵袭及远处转移的发生、发展有促进作用。
Objective: To detect the expression of HIF-1α and CD44v6 in patients with oral and maxillofacial lymphoma, and to analyze the relationship between the expression of HIF-1α and invasion and metastasis of lymphoma. Methods: Twenty patients with oral and maxillofacial lymphoma were selected as the experimental group. The levels of HIF-1α and CD44v6 in the blood of the patients were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The expression of HIF-1α and CD44V6 in the tumor tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between HIF-1α and CD44v6 expression was analyzed. Twenty patients with head and neck lymphadenitis treated at the same period were selected as the control group for comparative study. Results: The serum levels of HIF-1α and CD44v6 in experimental group were higher than those in control group. The positive rate of HIF-1α in experimental group was 85% and that of CD44v6 was 70%, which was higher than that in control group. The levels of HIF- Clinical stage, local lymph node invasion, distant organ metastasis, LDH levels, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: HIF-1α and CD44v6 are highly expressed in the serum and tissues of patients with oral and maxillofacial lymphoma. The levels of HIF-1α and CD44v6 are correlated with clinical stage, local lymph node invasion, distant organs metastasis and LDH levels. The clinical stage, Lymph node invasion, distant organs metastasis, the higher the level of LDH, HIF-1α, CD44V6 levels increased more obvious on the local invasion of tumor and the occurrence of distant metastasis, promote the development.
