钢轨低接头病害是世界各国铁道线路的主要病害之一,在我国尤为严重,这种病害不仅缩短钢轨的使用寿命,损伤机车车辆,还会造成道碴溜失,钢轨、轨枕折断,危及行车安全。据统计在路内的有缝线路维修作业中,用于整治接头病害的维修量占60%～70%。过去采用人工调直的办法,效果不理想,效率极低。由沈阳铁路局科研所研制的YGJ-900型液压式钢轨低接头调直机于1992年5月29日
