为巩固扩大群众路线教育实践活动成果,支持事务所加强自身建设,促进行业健康发展,根据中注协第五届理事会第七次会议精神,中注协继2015年返还年度结余会费后,2016年再次向事务所返还结余会费。按照“稳定支出,比例返还,消化结余,减轻负担,均衡发展”的原则,中注协继续以2014年度财务支出规模为基数,将2016年团体会费超过基数的部分,依据事务所2016年向中注协缴纳的会费占中注协团体会费总额的比例计算返还额,原渠道返还。
