目的:探讨茜草提取物对大强度耐力训练大鼠心肌线粒体抗氧化能力以及ATP酶活性的影响,为茜草作为运动补剂的开发提供试验依据。方法:通过建立大强度耐力训练大鼠模型,测定心肌线粒体ATP酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性以及过氧化氢(H2O2)、脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量,研究茜草提取物对大强度耐力训练大鼠心肌线粒体的保护作用。结果表明,茜草提取物可明显提高大鼠心肌线粒体在大强度耐力运动中的能量供给、抗氧化能力,防止心肌线粒体的氧化损伤,保证了运动中心脏的正常生理功能。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Rubia cordifolia on myocardial mitochondrial antioxidant capacity and ATPase activity in trained endurance rats, and provide experimental basis for the development of Rubia cordifolia as a motor supplement. Methods: The rat models of endurance training were established to measure the activities of mitochondrial ATPase, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in lipid peroxidation of rats were used to study the protective effects of Rubia cordifolia on myocardial mitochondria in trained endurance rats. The results showed that Rubia cordifolia extract could significantly improve the myocardial mitochondria in myocardial energy supply, antioxidant capacity, prevent myocardial mitochondrial oxidative damage, to ensure the normal physiological function of the heart movement.
