目的 :探讨经尿道前列腺汽化切除术 (TUVP)治疗前列腺增生症的效果及安全性。方法 :采用经尿道前列腺汽化切除术治疗前列腺增生患者 12 0例经尿道前列腺汽化切除术。结果 :手术时间平均 5 8分钟 ,平均出血 40ml,术后保留尿管平均 3 8天 ,排尿通畅。随访 3月～ 2年 97例 ,I-PSS从 30 5 3下降到 9 3分 ,最大尿流率从 9 6ml/秒增加到 2 2 6ml/秒。结论 :TUVP具有操作简便、出血少、视野清晰、疗效确切、并发症少等优点 ,是一种安全有效的治疗技术。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of transurethral vaporization of the prostate (TUVP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: Transurethral resection of the transurethral vaporization of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia was performed. Results: The average operation time was 58 minutes, with an average bleeding of 40ml. The average duration of postoperative urethral catheterization was 38 days, and urination was smooth. Followed up for 3 months to 2 years in 97 cases, I-PSS decreased from 30 5 3 to 9 3 points, the maximum flow rate increased from 9 6ml / sec to 226ml / sec. Conclusion: TUVP is a safe and effective treatment technique with the advantages of simple operation, less bleeding, clear vision, effective curative effect and less complications.
