在铸造、造船、汽车制造和轧钢业中,抛丸工艺广泛用于铸件的清理、钢板和型材的除锈以及齿轮、连杆和弹簧的表面强化等。随着国民经济的迅速发展,近年来大抛丸器的需要量在不断增加。但因叶片的磨损随着抛丸量的增加而增加,而且目前国内制造叶片的耐磨材料及热处理工艺尚未过关,这就限制了大抛丸量抛丸器的发展和使用。
In the foundry, shipbuilding, automotive and rolling industries, shot blasting processes are widely used for the cleaning of castings, the rust removal of steel sheets and profiles, and the surface strengthening of gears, connecting rods and springs. With the rapid development of the national economy, the demand for large shot blasting machines has been increasing in recent years. However, the wear and tear of the blade increases with the increase of the amount of shot blasting. At present, the wear-resistant materials and the heat treatment process of the blade manufactured in China have not yet been cleared, which limits the development and use of the shot blasting device.
