本文对水泥、减水剂、温度三者关系进行了研究,并重点探讨了掺减水剂混凝土的凝结时间与温度的关系问题。大量试验表明:一般讲,掺减水剂的水泥混凝土的凝结时间,与温度的关系不大;水泥混凝土的缓凝时间,与减水剂品种或水泥品种有关;掺减水剂的水泥混凝土的缓凝作用,主要发生在初凝前,这是由于它们对水泥中的C_3A、C_3S矿物的早期水化有抑制作用所致。
In this paper, the relations among cement, water reducer and temperature are studied, and the relationship between the setting time and temperature of water-reduced concrete is emphasized.
