为探讨C kit原癌基因产物的表达与乳腺肿瘤之间的关系 ,用免疫组化技术对 5 6例乳腺癌组织 ,5 8例良性乳腺肿瘤组织及 2 0例正常乳腺组织的C kit原癌基因产物进行检测。结果 :正常乳腺导管上皮细胞和腺泡细胞膜和胞液C kit原癌基因产物高度表达 ,正常乳腺组织C kit原癌基因产物表达的免疫反应积分为 6 2 1± 2 10 ,在良性乳腺肿瘤组织中 ,C kit原癌基因产物免疫反应积分明显降低 (3 31± 2 42 ) ,而乳腺癌组织C kit原癌基因产物表达几近消失 ,其平均免疫反应积分为 1 33± 1 70。本研究结果说明C kit原癌基因产物失表达与人类乳腺上皮的恶变有关
To investigate the relationship between the expression of C kit proto-oncogene and breast neoplasms, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of C kit proto-oncogene in 56 breast cancer tissues, 58 benign breast tumor tissues and 20 normal breast tissues Gene products were tested. RESULTS: The expression of C kit proto-oncogenes in normal ductal epithelial cells, alveolar cell membranes and cytosol was highly expressed. The expression of C kit proto-oncogene products in normal breast tissues was 62 121 ± 2 10. In benign breast tumor tissues , The immunoreactivity score of C kit proto-oncogene product was significantly lower (3 31 ± 2 42), whereas the expression of C kit proto-oncogene product in breast cancer almost disappeared with an average of 1 33 ± 1 70. The results of this study suggest that the loss of C kit proto-oncogene product is associated with the malignancy of human mammary epithelial cells
