通过调查,对西安地区医用高技术设备的配置与利用的现轶和存在问题进行了分析,建议:加强宏观调控,实现合理配置;加强微观管理,充分发挥资源效益。做到在强化一般的管理制度的同时,加强量化管理。对人和机器实行综合目标管理责任制;加强人才培养,使设备的结构建设与专业结构、技术结构和医务人员的知识结构相配合。 Through the investigation, the existing and existing problems in the configuration and utilization of medical high-tech equipment in Xi’an area were analyzed. It is recommended that: strengthen macro-control, achieve a reasonable allocation; strengthen micro-management, give full play to resource efficiency. We must strengthen the quantitative management while strengthening the general management system. Implement a comprehensive target management responsibility system for people and machines; strengthen personnel training, and coordinate the structural construction of equipment with professional structures, technical structures, and the knowledge structure of medical personnel.
