为了与航空和小轿车运输相竞争,欧共体提出了发展欧洲高速铁路的规划。由于长途公路易发生堵塞和事故以及一些空中航道的过饱和,再加上铁路本身的特点,为高速铁路的发展提供了良好的机会。文中详细讨论了高速列车的粘着、运行阻力、牵引功率、轴重、停站间距离和运行速度之间的关系,并为设计高速动车提供了一系列数据、公式、曲线和试验结果。
In order to compete with aviation and sedan transport, the European Community has proposed a plan for the development of a European high-speed railway. Due to the congestion and accidents in the long-distance highway and the supersaturation of some air routes, the characteristics of the railway itself provide a good opportunity for the development of high-speed railway. The paper discusses in detail the relationship between high-speed train’s adhesion, running resistance, traction power, axle load, distance between stops and operating speed. It also provides a series of data, formulas, curves and test results for designing high-speed train.
