衡山百富利客车制造有限公司是衡山专用汽车厂与香港百富利发展有限公司合资的一家中外合资企业,始建于1993年6月。在省、市各级党政领导的关怀下,衡山百富利公司依靠党和政府的改革开放政策,依靠先进的科技,依靠中外合资双方的共同协作精神,使企业有了飞速的发展。1994年列入衡阳市招商局直接调度企业及衡山县纳税大户,并被评为工交系统明星企业、湖南省一级信用企业、湖南省“经济活力百强企业”。它在1993年6月挂牌生产百富利HSZ6480K轻型客车的当年就获省新产品证书;1994年获省科技创新金奖和国家标准局授予的“中外名牌产品”称号;1995年被评为《中国消费者报》’95推荐产品。企业和产品的知名度也随之不断提高,企业效益和社会效益获得同步发展,成为湖南省企业群体中的一颗新星。
Hengshan Baifu Lee Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Hengshan Special Purpose Vehicle Factory and Hong Kong Co., Ltd., a Beverly Hills joint venture established in June 1993. Under the care of party and government leaders at provincial and municipal levels, Hengshan Baifuli Company has relied on the party’s and government’s policies of reform and opening up, relying on advanced science and technology and relying on the concerted efforts of both Chinese and foreign joint ventures to enable the rapid development of the enterprises. 1994 included Hengyang City, China Merchants direct scheduling companies and large taxpayers Hengshan County, and was named the ICBC Star Enterprise, a credit company in Hunan Province, Hunan Province, “the top 100 enterprises of economic vitality.” It was listed in June 1993, the production of Beverly HSZ6480K light bus was the new product certificate in the same year; in 1994 by the provincial science and technology innovation award and the National Bureau of Standards awarded the title of “Chinese and foreign brand-name products”; 1995 was named "China Consumer newspaper ’95 recommended products.
