建筑行业的飞速发展为房屋建设的发展提供了广阔的市场,随着房屋建设市场竞争的日益激烈,建设工程造价管理的作用就显得越来越重要。建筑工程造价管理不仅关系着企业的生产经营成本,更关系到企业的管理水平和未来发展的前景。因此,房屋建设造价管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,要想加强造价管理,必须建立和完善房屋建设造价管理体系,加强建筑造价控制,争取降低企业成本,提高企业经济效益。本文针对房屋建设造价管理体系存在的问题进行了总结,并提出了房屋建设造价管理的控制策略,希望对房屋建设企业提供帮助。
The rapid development of construction industry provides a vast market for the development of housing construction. With the increasingly fierce competition in the housing construction market, the role of construction cost management becomes more and more important. Construction cost management not only relates to the cost of production and operation of enterprises, but also relates to the management level of the enterprise and the prospect of future development. Therefore, the cost of housing construction management is an important part of business management, in order to strengthen cost management, we must establish and improve housing construction cost management system, and strengthen construction cost control, strive to reduce business costs and improve economic efficiency. This article summarizes the problems existing in the cost management system of housing construction and puts forward the control strategy of cost management in housing construction, hoping to provide assistance to the housing construction enterprises.
