一、概况近年来基本建设需要进口不少液压D80A推土机,由于密封圈制作技术不过关,需要高价进口,花去大量外汇,因而,国家建委施工局向我公司下达了试制D80A密封圈的任务。我公司在兄弟单位的协助下,经全体职工的共同努力对制作密封圈工艺的模具设计、橡胶制品配料、硫化工艺、成型加工等,初获成功。去年一季度生产出D80A推土机“KY”型密封圈及其他类型橡胶油封9个品种,已在四川、贵州、云南、福建等地区试用,初步反映使用情况良好。
I. Overview In recent years, the capital construction has required the import of many hydraulic D80A bulldozers. Because of the manufacturing technology of the seal ring, it requires high import prices and a large amount of foreign exchange. Therefore, the Construction Bureau of the State Construction Commission issued a trial-manufactured D80A seal to our company. With the help of our brothers, our company has succeeded in the first time through the joint efforts of all employees to make mold design, rubber product ingredients, vulcanization process, and molding processing of the seal ring process. In the first quarter of last year, nine types of “KY” type seal rings for D80A bulldozers and other types of rubber seals were produced. They have been tested in Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, and Fujian, and they are initially reported to be in good use.
