2014年2月11日星期二今天是年后上班的第四天,大家踏实的工作态度令我感到很欣慰。然而,早上网点开门前我在现金区巡视时却发现了问题:有的柜台上比较整洁,而有的柜台上的营业用品则摆放得比较凌乱。看到这一幕,我叫上大堂经理杨莉、综合柜员唐燕商议对策。“你们有没有发现,轮岗后咱们的一些新员工对岗位职责还不是很清楚?”我试探着问道。“没错,咱们的管理制度应该更加细化。”“还应该充分发挥老员工的表率作用!”
