黄振彬,男,汉族,1957年11月24日出生,山东海阳人,中共党员,大学文化,高级工程师。1977年5月参加工作。历任贵州铝厂氧化铝厂技术员、组干科干事、车间副主任、车间党支部书记兼车间主任、贵州铝厂总调度室调度科科长。1992年调平果铝业公司工作,历任总调度室副总调度长、总调度长,氧化铝厂厂长,公司经理助理,公司工会主席。2002年2月任平果铝业公司经理至今。 黄振彬同志参加工作以来,先后在班组、车间、分厂、总调度室工会工作,担任过政工干部、技术干部行政领导。不同专业、不同岗位的磨炼,造就了他勤奋敬业、务实创新、稳中求强、敢为天下先的工
