最近,建设部副部长宋春华在上海的一次住宅国际研讨会上透露,上海楼市个人购房比例已经达到了97.5％,宋评价说,这个数字“为全国之最”。现在,上海市区人均居住面积已达11平方米,人均使用面积更达到14.6平方米;同时,上海还建立健全了最低收入家庭的居住保障体系,10.4万户住房困难家庭的住房问题也先后全部得到解决。据权威部门统计,到2000年,上海楼市的住宅销售面积突破了1500万平方米。
Recently, Vice Minister of Construction Song Chunhua revealed at a residential international symposium in Shanghai that the proportion of individual property purchase in Shanghai’s property market has reached 97.5%.
