目的探讨硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者预后、生活质量的影响及其健康教育对策。方法共纳入60例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,采用随机数字法平均分为两组,A组给予硝普钠等常规内科治疗措施;B组在A组常规内科治疗的基础上,同时给予芪苈强心胶囊治疗措施。观察患者的预后及生活质量。结果治疗后两组间疗效比较结果显示:B组(硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊组)明显优于A组(硝普钠组),总有效率分别为86.7%及60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),且B组(硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊组)患者住院时间明显低于A组(硝普钠组)患者。治疗后两组间生活质量比较结果显示:两组患者治疗前生活质量评分,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);治疗后两组患者生活质量均有明显的提高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);但B组(硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊组)患者生活质量提高更明显。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者应用硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗有较好的疗效,可以明显改善患者的症状,减少患者住院的时间,并提高患者的预后生活质量,值得临床推广应用,同时给予患者必要的健康教育可以使患者对慢性心力衰竭有更深的认识。
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with Qili Qiangxin capsule on prognosis and quality of life in patients with chronic congestive heart failure and its health education measures. Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly using random number method. Group A was given routine medical therapy such as sodium nitroprusside. Group B was given routine medical treatment of group A, Strong heart capsule treatment. Observe the patient’s prognosis and quality of life. Results After treatment, the results of the comparison between the two groups showed that the total effective rate was 86.7% and 60.0% respectively in group B (sodium nitroprusside combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule group) and group A (sodium nitroprusside group), the difference was (P <0.05). Patients in group B (sodium nitroprusside combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule group) had significantly lower hospital stay time than those in group A (sodium nitroprusside group). The results of quality of life between the two groups after treatment showed that there was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved (the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). However, the quality of life of patients in group B (sodium nitroprusside combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsule group) increased significantly. Conclusion The application of sodium nitroprusside combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsule in patients with chronic heart failure has a good curative effect, which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients, reduce the hospitalization time and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application. Meanwhile, Give the patient the necessary health education can make patients have a deeper understanding of chronic heart failure.
