丙种球蛋白是从健康人血或健康产妇的胎盘提制的一种含有血中大多数抗体的被动免疫制剂。有人误认为它是有病治病、无病防病的良药,甚至当作强壮剂、滋补药用来增强抵抗力、预防疾病等。其实并非如此,临床上应严格掌握适应症,切忌滥用以免引起不良后果。最近我们遇到肌注丙球引起急性荨麻疼一例,现报告如下。病情简介:患者衰某女 56岁平素体质较弱经常感冒。20年前患过肝炎。1981年6月检查:同位素肝扫描肝左叶稍大。
