本文首先分析了现代汽车技术的发展情况和维修服务业的特点及其工作过程,根据人才培养的现状和岗位对人才的要求,提出高职汽车维修人才的正确定位。它应该以培养“汽车医生”和技术管理者应用能力为中心,注重综合思维分析能力的培养,构筑理论和实践两大教学体系,并纠正高职教育中的几个误区,从而实现高职教育的培养目标,为“汽车后市场”输送应用型高级技术人才。
This paper first analyzes the development of modern automotive technology and the characteristics of service industry and its working process. According to the current situation of personnel training and the requirement of qualified personnel, this paper puts forward the correct orientation of high-vocational automobile maintenance personnel. It should focus on cultivating the application of “car doctor” and technology managers, pay attention to the cultivation of comprehensive thinking analysis ability, construct two teaching theories of theory and practice, and correct several mistaken ideas in higher vocational education so as to achieve high Training objectives of vocational education for the “aftermarket” transportation application-type senior technical personnel.
