从移动通信发展的历史和现状,分析了移动通信企业在激烈的市场竞争中获得领先优势必须具备的5种素质,这也是决定在未来更为激烈的电信市场制胜的5种力量,分别是企业与客户、供应商、分销商、合作伙伴、竞争对手之间的关系。从实践操作的角度,阐述了如何增强这5种力量从而使得移动通信运营商在未来下一代移动通信市场竞争中获胜。目前有许多电信企业实施了CRM(客户关系管理),其实如果将CRM的概念拓宽,而不仅仅限于企业与客户的关系,那CRM的理论指导意义对企业增强这5种力量也是很有帮助的。
