试验证明，经内源性激素注射过的母貉卵巢、卵泡以及外阴部的发情变化，三者是协调的、同步的，且卵巢体积、重量达到休情期的2．75～2．77倍，产仔率提高20％。因提取促性素（简称）用于回归动物，可以提高其本身的繁殖效果。
