采用水力模型的研究方法,针对马钢50t转炉溅渣护炉工艺进行了冷态模拟实验,得出的优化工艺参数为:高温溅渣,枪位为1600~1800mm,喷吹氮气的流量在11500NmVh以上,喷吹压力控制为1.0MPa。
Based on the research of hydraulic model, a cold simulation experiment was carried out on the slag splashing protection technology of 50t converter in Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The optimized technological parameters were as follows: high temperature slag splashing, 1600 ~ 1800mm gun position, nitrogen flow rate at 11500NmVh Above, the injection pressure control is 1.0MPa.
